  2. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry tofu until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic, ginger, and onion until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the sauce into the pan and cook until thickened.
  7. Add the cooked tofu back into the pan and toss to coat.
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice.
