Ingredients
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry
  • 4 large Onions
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 4 ounce Goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a baking sheet.
  3. Slice the onions into thin rings and toss them with olive oil, honey, thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread the onion mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
  5. Crumble the goat cheese over the onions.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
