In a large bowl, mix together the flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, melt the butter and honey together.

Whisk in the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract into the butter-honey mixture.

Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
