  2. Roll out the pastry dough and line a tart pan with it.
  3. Prick the bottom of the dough with a fork and blind bake for 10 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat and stir in the heavy cream.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, vanilla extract, and salt together.

  8. Arrange the apricots and almonds on the pre-baked tart crust.
