In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, graham flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add unsalted butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, honey, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until the dough comes together.

Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape each portion into a rectangle.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
