Eatmore Bars were first created in Canada in the 1930s and have since become a popular treat across North America.

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add rolled oats, Rice Krispies, chopped peanuts, and chocolate chips. Mix well.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Pour melted butter over the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish. Press down firmly to flatten.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  6. Cut into bars and serve.
