  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the popcorn and peanuts.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt to the saucepan. Stir until the mixture is smooth and starts to bubble.
  5. Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn and peanuts, stirring to coat evenly.
  6. Spread the coated popcorn and peanuts onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool for 30 minutes.
  8. Break the cooled mixture into small clusters and serve.
