  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 stalk Celery
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 4 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 4 slice Bacon
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion, celery, and minced garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  2. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook bacon until crispy. Remove from pan and crumble.
  5. Add peeled and diced potatoes to the pot. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir in Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix, salt, and black pepper.
