Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until smooth.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Press half of the dough into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking pan.

Place the Hershey's milk chocolate bars evenly over the dough.

Spread marshmallow fluff over the chocolate bars.

Roll out the remaining dough on a floured surface and place it on top of the marshmallow fluff.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Allow the bars to cool in the pan for 30 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze.

Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bars.
