In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape.

Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle fresh herbs and pomegranate arils evenly.

Cut the dough into small squares or rectangles.

Stack the squares or rectangles on top of each other to form a loaf shape.
