Hazelnut Blondies with Nutella Sauce

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a square baking pan.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the brown sugar and stir until well combined.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the chopped hazelnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

While the blondies are baking, prepare the Nutella sauce by heating the Nutella and heavy cream in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.

Remove the blondies from the oven and let them cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Cut the blondies into squares and serve with the warm Nutella sauce.
