Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, heavy cream, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix well until smooth.

Roll out the pie crust and press it into individual tart pans.

Pour the pumpkin mixture into the tart pans.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the filling is set.

Remove from the oven and let the tarts cool for 15 minutes.
