Halloween Witch Cupcakes

In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring to achieve a spooky green color.
