  1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, chopped habanero pepper, chopped rosemary, and grated cheddar cheese.
  3. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the yeast mixture. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Brush the top of the loaf with olive oil and sprinkle some rosemary leaves on top.
  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
