  2. Clean the Portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the mushroom caps with the olive oil mixture.
  5. Place the mushrooms on the grill, cap side down, and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Flip the mushrooms and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. While the mushrooms are grilling, toast the bruschetta slices on the grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
  8. Remove the mushrooms and bruschetta slices from the grill.
  9. Top each mushroom cap with a slice of mozzarella and place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese melts.
  10. Remove from the broiler and let the mushrooms rest for 5 minutes.
  11. Place a bruschetta slice on each plate, top with a grilled Portobello mushroom cap, and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
