  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add chicken breast to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken breast until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice it into thin strips.
  5. Cut the cucumber, tomato, and red onion into thin slices.
  6. Warm the pita bread in a toaster or on a grill.
  7. Spread the Greek yogurt mixture on the pita bread.
  8. Layer the sliced chicken, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese on top of the yogurt mixture.
  9. Sprinkle dried oregano on top.
  10. Roll up the pita bread tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  11. Serve the Greek roll-ups with a side of tzatziki sauce or Greek salad.
