Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and honey.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Stir in the granola and chocolate chips.

Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing the cookies about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
