  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and honey.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Stir in the granola and chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing the cookies about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
