Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.

In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, molasses, and milk.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes using cookie cutters.

Place the kringles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.

In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and water to make a glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled kringles.

Allow the glaze to set for about 15 minutes before serving.
