Graham Crackers were originally invented by Sylvester Graham, a Presbyterian minister, as a part of the Graham Diet.

In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, graham flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, honey, and water until light and fluffy.

Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.

Divide the dough in half and shape into two rectangular logs.

Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and slice into 1/4 inch thick crackers.

Place the crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
