Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and brown sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
