Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat eggs and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter over the crust in the baking pan, spreading it evenly.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 30 minutes.

Cut into bars and serve.
