  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans.
  5. Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
  7. Dip each dough ball into the melted butter, then roll in the brown sugar mixture.
  8. Place the coated dough balls into the greased bundt pan, layering them evenly.
  9. Pour any remaining melted butter and brown sugar mixture over the top of the dough balls.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
  11. Allow the monkey bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
