Ingredients
  • 2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Molasses
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Gingerbread Cookies
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, milk, granulated sugar, molasses, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
