  • 500 gram Baby potatoes
  • 4 clove Garlic cloves
  • 4 sprig Fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and dry the baby potatoes.
  3. Cut the potatoes into halves or quarters, depending on their size.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet.
