Float Away Muffins
Muffins were originally called ‘muffins’ in England, but when the recipe was brought to America, they were renamed ‘English muffins’ to differentiate them from the sweet muffins commonly found in the United States.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 50 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
