In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, Marsala wine, and milk.

Pour the caramel sauce evenly into 6 individual ramekins.

Divide the egg mixture among the ramekins.

Place the ramekins in a baking dish and fill the dish with hot water halfway up the sides of the ramekins.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the flans are set.

Remove the ramekins from the water bath and let them cool to room temperature.

Refrigerate the flans for at least 1 hour.

To serve, run a knife around the edges of the ramekins and invert onto serving plates.
