Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess fat.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cooked beef and onion mixture, egg, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
