Feta-Olive Stuffed Flatbread
Feta cheese is a traditional Greek cheese made from sheep’s milk or a mixture of sheep and goat’s milk.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a mixing bowl, crumble the feta cheese and mix it with finely chopped Kalamata olives, diced red onion, chopped fresh parsley, and a pinch of black pepper.

Take one piece of flatbread and spread the feta-olive mixture evenly on top.

Fold the flatbread in half and press the edges to seal.

Brush the top of the flatbread with olive oil.

Place the stuffed flatbread on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the flatbread turns golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Cut the stuffed flatbread into slices and serve warm.
