Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Feta cheese
  • 1 cup Nicoise olives
  • 4 piece Pitas
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the feta cheese, nicoise olives, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh oregano, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the pitas for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly charred.
  3. Serve the marinated feta and olives with the grilled pitas.
