In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk until well combined.

Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, divide the vegetable oil equally among the cups of a muffin tin.

Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the oil is hot.

Carefully remove the muffin tin from the oven and pour the batter into each cup, filling them about 2/3 full.

Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the Yorkshire puddings are puffed and golden brown.
