Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted unsalted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly over the crust.
