  3. Gradually add the caster sugar, cornstarch, and white wine vinegar while continuing to whisk until the mixture is thick and glossy.
  4. Spoon the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, creating a circular shape.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  6. Turn off the oven and leave the pavlova to cool completely in the oven.
  7. Whip the whipping cream until thick.
  8. Place the pavlova on a serving plate and top with the whipped cream, mixed berries, and mint leaves.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
