  1. Crush the OREO cookies in a food processor.

  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Place the truffles in the refrigerator for 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
  7. Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet.
  8. Sprinkle the truffles with sprinkles.
  9. Refrigerate the truffles for another 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
