  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt cake pan and smooth the top.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue beating until well combined.
  7. Divide the cream cheese mixture into two bowls. Add orange food coloring to one bowl and green food coloring to the other. Mix until the desired colors are achieved.
  8. Once the cake is completely cooled, frost the top with the orange cream cheese frosting to resemble a pumpkin.
  9. Use the green cream cheese frosting to pipe a stem on top of the pumpkin.
  10. Decorate the pumpkin cake with chocolate chips to create the Jack 'O Lantern face.
  11. Allow the frosting to set for at least 1 hour before serving.
