  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 2 stalk Celery
  • 2 large Potatoes
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
Instructions
