  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut the cold unsalted butter into small pieces and add it to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  7. Spoon the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
  9. Cut the log into 8 equal slices and place them in a greased baking dish.
  10. Brush the tops of the rolls with beaten egg.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
