Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin pan with paper liners.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the mixed berries.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
