  • 1.5 cup Ripe Bananas
  • 1.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 0.5 stick Unsalted Butter
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, cream the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
