  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream and flour until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
  8. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven for 1 hour to cool slowly.
  9. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
  11. Serve chilled and enjoy!
