Artichokes are actually flower buds that are harvested before they bloom.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Drain and chop the artichoke hearts.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Slice the green onions and add them to the mixture. Stir well to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
