  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and mini marshmallows in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
  2. Add the Rice Krispies cereal to the bowl and mix until well coated.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and add a few drops of food coloring to each part, mixing well.
  4. Take a small handful of each colored mixture and form into an oval shape to create the bunny racers.
  5. Place the bunny racers on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  7. Dip each bunny racer halfway into the melted white chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
  8. Place 2 candy eyes on each bunny racer and insert 2 mini pretzel sticks as the bunny's ears.
  9. Sprinkle with colorful sprinkles.
  10. Allow the bunny racers to set at room temperature for about 1 hour or until the chocolate hardens.
