  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
  2. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters.
  3. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Add the biscuit quarters and shake to coat.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the rum.
  5. Arrange the coated biscuit quarters in the greased bundt pan. Pour the butter and sugar mixture over the biscuits.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Allow the monkey bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
