Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.

Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool.

Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
