In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet mixture into the flour mixture and stir until just combined.

Stir in the pecans and raisins.

Roll out the pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into circles to fit your tart pans.

Press the pastry circles into the tart pans and trim any excess.
