  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the chocolate wafer cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  4. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it starts to simmer. Remove from heat and add the semi-sweet chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate ganache into the cooled tart crust and spread it evenly.
  6. Arrange the Ferrero Rocher chocolates on top of the ganache.
  7. In a separate bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Gradually add in the heavy cream until a thick, smooth mixture is formed.
  8. Pipe or spoon the whipped cream on top of the Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
  9. Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours to set. Serve chilled.
