  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove the core from the cabbage and separate the leaves. Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the rice, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  5. Place a layer of cabbage leaves in the bottom of a baking dish. Spoon half of the meat mixture over the cabbage leaves. Repeat with another layer of cabbage leaves and the remaining meat mixture.
  6. Place the bay leaves on top and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and garnish with fresh parsley.
