  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the cocoa powder and mix until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, make the ganache by heating the heavy cream in a small saucepan until steaming. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate. Let sit for 1-2 minutes, then whisk until smooth.
  8. Pour the ganache over the cooled cheesecake, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  9. Before serving, dust the top of the cheesecake with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh berries.
