  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and almond extract.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until a soft dough forms.
  5. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
