  3. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, curry powder, ginger, garlic, and salt.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat them with the yogurt mixture.
  5. Place the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
  7. Add the tomato and cook until softened.
  8. Add the baked cauliflower to the pan and mix well.
  9. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover the pan with a lid.
