In a large bowl, mix the rice cereal and salt.

In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth.

Add the melted chocolate, creamy peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the rice cereal mixture. Stir until well combined.

Press the mixture into a greased baking dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Once set, cut into squares or bars and serve.
